Subscription Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries of your Crown Guard product based on the frequency you selected at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery automatically.

Before each renewal, you'll receive an email reminder notifying you of your upcoming charge. This is your opportunity to skip, pause, or cancel before your next order is processed.

How to manage your subscription:
You can skip your next order, pause your subscription, or cancel at any time by emailing shopstndard@gmail.com before your next charge date. There is no fee to skip or pause your subscription.

Canceling after your order has been processed:
If you'd like to cancel an order that has already been processed but has not yet shipped, email shopstndard@gmail.com on the same day as your charge. A $15 processing fee applies, as your order has already been packed and prepared for shipment. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
