Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once processed, your order will be prepared and shipped.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order has shipped. Subscription orders ship free. One-time purchases include a $4.99 shipping fee added at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment anytime via the Track My Package tab or by clicking the tracking link in your email.

Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or carrier-related issues. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll make it right.
